Merge branch 'rh/hide-prompt-in-ignored-directory'
* rh/hide-prompt-in-ignored-directory:
git-prompt.sh: allow to hide prompt for ignored pwd
git-prompt.sh: if pc mode, immediately set PS1 to a plain prompt
