Merge branch 'rs/use-strbuf-addbuf'

Code cleanup.

* rs/use-strbuf-addbuf:
  strbuf: avoid calling strbuf_grow() twice in strbuf_addbuf()
  use strbuf_addbuf() for appending a strbuf to another
