cvsimport: new -R option: generate .git/cvs-revisions mapping
This option causes the creation or updating of a file mapping CVS (filename, revision number) pairs to Git commit IDs. This is expected to be useful if you have CVS revision numbers stored in commit messages, bug-tracking systems, email archives, and the like.
